Ford South Launches 9 vehicles in 2015

Music to the motor enthusiasts ears!! Ford motor company South Africa take an even bigger leap than in 2014 and plan to launch 9 vehicles in 2015.  Ford Mustang being the highlight but only to be seen late 2015 in a right hand drive keeps adrenalin junkies on the edge. News that the Ford BMAX will hit our South African shores was the big surprize but a wise move seeing Ford and Mazda have split and Ford dealers no longer have the Mazda 5 MPV to offer as a family vehicle.  The Ford BMAX is the perfect substitute for a Mazda 5 and will be competitively priced against its competitors. The Long awaited New Ford Everest to be seen in the latter half of 2015 will be sure to give the Toyota Fortuner a run for its money.  The 2014 World Van of the year “Ford Transit Connect” will tap into the small commercial van market with a powerful 1.6TDCI engine and the Ford Transit Connect will be launched in a seperate people carrier derivative.  The Ford Kuga will be launched with more CO2 efficient engines, the 1.6 turbo Ecoboost to be replaced with a 1.5 turbo Ecoboost engine and an Automatic 2.0 Ecoboost expected to be a price class vehicle with some amazing power. The Ford Fusion and Ford Focus to be launched early in 2015,  New Ford Figo mid year and talk of a small facelift on the New Ford Ranger is on the cards, more likely to be in conjunction with the New Ford Everest Launch..
